At WesternBreathe, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 20 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in perfect condition as they were received, with all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear or damage.
Customized Products
Please note that customized products (made-to-measure hats) cannot be returned, as they are made specifically according to your preferences and cannot be resold.
Return Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracking or insurance service for the return of your product, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Refund
"Once your return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The processing of the refund may take up to 10 business days."
