Manufacturing Lead Time
Every hat we create is entirely handmade, which allows us to guarantee exceptional quality and care. Due to this artisanal process, the production time for each order can take up to 2 weeks. We ensure that each piece is perfectly crafted to meet your expectations.

Shipping
Once your order is completed, we will ship your package using the services of Colissimo, La Poste, or Chronopost, depending on the available options and your location. After shipping, the delivery time will depend on your region and the selected carrier. On average, delivery can take 3 to 5 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.
